Thank you for shopping with PAS JALOU! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items to cover processing costs.
Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at pasjalouswimwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Instructions on how to return your item will be provided upon approval.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
